IDI-ASOSAI 3i Cooperative Audit Programme on Audit of Disaster Management
The IDI-ASOSAI 3i Cooperative Audit Programme on Audit of Disaster Management (hereinafter referred as the IDI-ASOSAI's ADM) is a component of the ISSAI Implementation Initiative (3i Programme) launched by the INTOSAI Development Initiatives (IDI) and Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI), in cooperation with the INTOSAI Working Group on Environmental Audit (WGEA).
Delivered during 2015-2016, the IDI-ASOSAI's ADM aims to support SAIs in moving towards ISSAI compliant performance audits, by supporting them in sustainably enhancing their professional staff and organizational capacity and performance in conducting the ISSAI-based cooperative audits of disaster related issues.
BPK contributes 2 mentors and 3 participants in the IDI-ASOSAI's ADM. By the end of this project, BPK hopes to gain enhanced professional capacity, and organizational capacity to carry out performance audits of disaster management. Furthermore, acceptance of audit recommendations by government executives could hopefully lead to a better disaster management in Indonesia.
