Background
Cooperation between BPK and Supreme Audit Institution (SAI) of Norway/Riksrevisjonen in the presence of Riksrevisjonen letter, signed by Acting Director General (Mr. Helge Strand Osttveitten) and Deputy Director General (Mr. Sigmund Nordhus) to Chairman of BPK dated on 14 August 2009 regarding bilateral cooperation deals between BPK and SAI of Norway in the field of Environmental Audit against damage / deforestation. This relationship continues to be a relationship of cooperation, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the BPK with Riksrevisjonen on 5 November 2008 in Oslo, Norway.
Objectives
To strengthen, improve and develop the cooperation framework and the efficiency of the interrelationships between BPK and SAI of Norway in the field of auditing public sector on the basis of similarity and benefit of both SAIs.
